The COEX FLEX 5-7-9 range covers 5, 7 and 9 layer coextrusion solutions for the production of barrier films including EVOH and PA structures. Designed for flexible packaging applications requiring high performance multilayer film structures.
Layer Configurations: Scalable between 5, 7, or 9 layers (with newer models pushing to 11 layers).Output Capacity: High-end lines deliver up to 500 to 600 kg/h depending on the specific extruder and screw configuration.Maximum Film Width: Standard industrial widths range up to 2300 mm.Extruder Arrangement: Configurable in a traditional radial setup or using Macchi's 3-compact platform integration to save floor space on 7 and 9-layer configurations.
