The YD-PL400C operates at a maximum design speed of 450 m/min, maintaining a stable, continuous production speed up to 350 m/min for cored rolls and 250 m/min for coreless rolls via patented vacuum suction technology.
Accommodating variable jumbo roll widths from 1750 mm to 3600 mm, this multi-patent protected platform incorporates independent motor drives for each functional module.
It features an integrated steel-roller full embossing unit, an automated straight-in web cutting system, a rear doctor blade for core gluing, and an advanced PLC with a large-screen HMI that supports opto-mechatronic break detection and remote system diagnostics
