A high-performance, compact duplex converting machine engineered exclusively for high-speed, solventless two-layer lamination in the flexible packaging industry. Operating at speeds up to 450 m/min, it utilizes a patented five-roll metering system to maintain flawless, uniform adhesive weight distribution across various substrates, including ultra-light films, aluminum foil, and paper. Its advanced design combines independent digital vector drives for precise web tension control with motorized shaftless rewinders and unwinders, delivering an energy-efficient, operator-friendly platform that eliminates solvent emissions while maximizing production throughout.
Mechanical Speed: Up to 450 m/min (Older pre-2010 generations typically maxed out between 300 to 400 m/min).
Web Width Options: Configurable in 1300 mm, 1400 mm, and 1500 mm variations.
Maximum Reel Diameter: Ø 1000 mm (for both unwinders and the rewinder).
